Brief Background

The Corporate Communications & Marketing division of MDeC had gone through multiple restructurings and mergers of divisions. The new VP inherited a team who needed direction and motivation.

The Objective

To unite the team and get them aligned to the VP’s vision and values.

The Programme

A 6-month coaching programme was implemented to guide the participants to achieve a mindset shift and make the necessary behavioural changes. Guided the VP to crystalise his vision for the department and set the stage for him to present it to his team.

“In 2012, I engaged 95% to help me create a ‘culture’ change programme for my division, Corporate Communications & Marketing at the Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (MDeC).There had been a merger of two divisions and multiple restructurings over the years. This had led to a somewhat unmotivated team who were not synergized and coming together as a unit.
