Award winning advertising maven Janet Lee accomplished all her dreams in her 20 years of being in the industry. Never one to rest on her laurels, she has founded several businesses since then and in recent years ventured into pioneering the subject matter of corporate culture transformation in Malaysia. Janet is one of the first Malaysians to be a certified trainer of the UK-based Barrett Values Centre with access to the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT).

Ninety Five Percent Sdn. Bhd. (95%) was established in 2004 together with Branding Guru and Business Strategist Peter Gan along with Master Trainer and Programme Designer Shaikh Shahnaz Karim. The team began with designing and delivering experiential programmes that gave young talents of the advertising industry in the ASEAN region a quantum leap in their careers. A number of the early participants are now among management teams of some of Malaysia’s top advertising and Singapore’s branding and marketing agencies.

Today, 95% is a corporate culture consultancy with a vision to turn workplaces to joyplaces through custom designed Culture Enhancement programmes. As the lead consultant and performance coach, Janet works closely with CEOs, HODs and other leaders to unearth actionable insights on key focus area of change that will yield the greatest impact in the shortest amount of time. Her clients appreciate the bespoke approach and commitment to ensure that each Culture Enhancement programme achieve the objectives.

She has also designed and delivered performance booster programmes to ignite passion, develop resilience and leadership through 95%’s signature programmes such as The Power of Me, From Me to We and Sparks.

The list of companies that she has worked with include MDeC (Multimedia development Corporation), Cyberview, UM Specialist Centre, Publicis Malaysia and Jakarta, TBWA Kuala Lumpur, FCB Kuala Lumpur, Seven Sunday Films and more. She has also trained professionals from various industries including Oil & Gas, Finance, Insurance, Hospitality, and Retail Industries in the area of business and brand strategy, idea generation, copywriting and presentation skills.
