Award winning advertising maven Janet Lee accomplished all her dreams in her 20 years of being in the industry. Never one to rest on her laurels, she has founded several businesses since then and in recent years ventured into pioneering the subject matter of corporate culture transformation in Malaysia. Janet is one of the first Malaysians to be a certified trainer of the UK-based Barrett Values Centre with access to the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT).
Janet set up 95% The Corporate Culture Consultants in 2004. With the vision of Turning Workplaces Into Joyplaces, Janet has been designing and delivering Culture Transformation Programmes for companies in different industries. Working very closely with CEOs, HODs and other leaders, she unearths actionable insights on key areas of change that would yield the greatest impact in the shortest time. Her clients appreciate the bespoke approach and commitment to ensure that each culture programme achieves its objectives.
In addition to Culture Transformation Programmes, she has also designed and delivered performance booster programmes to ignite passion, develop resilience and leadership in the ASEAN region. In fact, many of her clients look to her for insights about the future generation of leaders.
