Jeffrey started his career in operations for a cleaning company. Supervising and managing his cleaning crew to ensure all jobs were fulfilled by end of the day as well as managing periodic cleaning projects. Moving 2 years after into a sales career which spanned a 25 year period, beginning as a sales executive to finally leading the KL branch for the last 20 years in creating results for the company.

Jeffrey got involved in team building and leadership training some 18 years ago, culminating in a full time passion 3 years ago and has since been facilitating leadership, coaching and building TEAMS to create results. He obtained certifications as a NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and in coaching to enhance his trainings. He also obtained a Train the Trainer certification with NeoOne Associates and received an exemption from HRDF certification. He underwent trainings in Accelerated Learning, Doodling and facilitation to enhance his training delivery and design.

Jeffrey has impacted thousands of individuals through his facilitation, training and coaching works. He has done works for the corporate sector, manufacturing, Telco, banks, hotels and institutions the likes of MDec, LaFarge, Inspedia, Lembaga Zakat Selangor, MyCeb, MyRelo, Boehringer Ingelheim and many more. He has worked with the rank and file, supervisors, team leads, managers and department heads as well as the C suites. This has given him a range of perspectives and experience throughout an organization which helps enhances his facilitation skills in any organization.
