May Tuck has over 30 years of experience with International Business Machines (IBM), at country and regional levels, spanning IT/Application Services, Sales, Learning & Development and Management. She transitioned into the Learning Organization and Leadership Development after 15 years in the client environment delivering business solutions to meet their business needs and growth. The rich and diverse business perspectives and client experiences provided her with the unique ability to relate to and connect with a cross section of leaders.
In her role as a coach, May Tuck’s style is synergistic. She meets people where they are, keeps pace with them, and creates safe space with pertinent directness in conversations that enable them to access their whole body intelligence – head, heart, gut – to discover their pathways to realizing their future self. She is a certified professional coach from the International Coach Academy (ICA), Australia and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from International Coach Federation (ICF). She is an accredited practitioner of Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and is a certified facilitator for Seven Habits of Highly Effective People from Franklin Covey and Collective Leadership from Presence at Work.
