In 2011, Shahnaz became the first Malaysian and the 43rd in the world, to be certified as an official facilitator for The Samurai Game®. It is one of the most unique, intense and challenging leadership and teambuilding experiential simulation created by George Leonard, a pioneer in the field of human potential. He has facilitated The Samurai Game® for companies like Cyberview, EMKAY Group Holdings Berhad, Time dotCom Bhd, Credit Bureau Malaysia, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Rally, FJ Benjamin and Lowe Jakarta and more.

Shahnaz was Programme Director at 95% where he was the trainers’ coach and headed the corporate training division until 2011 when he left to set up The Ripple Effect. Shahnaz was also the co-trainer for the Branding Mastery Series commissioned by the Multimedia Development Corporation together with Peter Gan, from Peter Gan & Associates.

A highly impactful trainer and training designer, he has conducted trainings for companies in Malaysia as well as Indonesia. His client list includes Auto Bavaria, Sushi Kin, Saujana Consolidated Berhad, Resorts World Berhad, Aplaus The Lifestyle, Lowe, Naga DDB, TBWA, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad, INSAN, INTAN, Jabatan Hal Ehwal Wanita, University Malaya Specialist Centre and many more.

Today, he works closely with Founder, CEO and Lead Consultant, Janet to design culture enhancement programmes that opens people’s mind to new perspectives and possibilities. He is also the founder of the T-shirt startup, One Nation Fits All that celebrates the beautiful diversity of Malaysians.
