As a Culture Catalyst, you will be working very closely with the team to:
- Hunt for new business – you will strategise for ways to market 95% and our services, solve our prospects’ culture challenges by building culture programmes for them, and to pitch for new business. So if you’re an adrenaline junkie who loves solving problems, this could be your thing!
- Manage the account once they sign with us – you will support the Lead Consultant and Coaches to be a driver of the culture transformation journey (and experience the wonders of Turning Workplaces Into Joyplaces).
- Client management – build strong relationships with our clients and support them to achieve their transformation goals.
