While The Joy Audit™ is a more extensive and in-depth culture diagnostic tool, The Morale Meter was developed as a quick pulse check tool for leaders to use on a regular basis and this gives the teams an easy platform to voice out any needs or concerns.
The Morale-Meter survey has 10 Qs and it only takes 5 – 10 mins to complete. Leaders can use this as a monthly check to hear from your people on how they are doing and what other support they need from you in order to do their best work.
