
GRACE LEONG
As an Advertising & Multimedia graduate, Grace began her career in the publication industry before transitioning to 95% in a project management role, where she not only built a team but led project systems setups as well as developed department SOPs from the ground up.
Driven by a growth mindset, she made a strategic lateral move into a client management role, expanding her skills in stakeholder engagement, business development, sales, and marketing. Known as a capable team lead, Grace manages stakeholders at all levels and is appreciated for her strong problem-solving abilities. Her creative background adds an edge to her unconventional ideas, methods and perspectives.
Grace is also often one of our performance coaches and facilitator at consultation working sessions, leadership development programmes and skill workshops. Her strength is her ability to ask probing questions that facilitates self discovery, helping coachees overcome limiting beliefs, tap into their inner strength to see possibilities.

- Supported a client in achieving their target of winning awards as evidence of a culture transformation – 22 local and regional awards in one year.
- Part of the team of coaches that supported a group of top management leaders to achieve 80% of declared business and leadership development goals
- Coached a team of managers to not only be able to uncover root causes to key operational issues, but develop and implement solutions that lowered cost and improved efficiency and inter-department collaboration.
- Coached a General Manager of Strategy and Planning to push through a difficult time in the organization to submit for, and win industry awards.
- Provided key insights and input for a mentoring programme for a Marketing Head of Department that shaped strategic focus areas which led to an improvement in the HOD’s clarity, leadership effectiveness and ability to manage different stakeholders.
