Jeffrey Cheah
Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator
Jeff is an Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator. He believes that if he can make Leaders aware that a shift or change in their behavior will result in positive business outcome, they would have the courage and humility to unlearn, learn and seek to understand what makes people tick. Jeff completed the Certified Master Performance Coach & Certified Mastery Coaching Programs and is an Associate Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He is an ICF Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) and has garnered over 600 hours of 1-on-1 and group coaching. He is also certified in assessment tools such as 360, DISC & Personal Profiling (Thomas International & Harrisons Assessments). Jeff has worked in the IT software industry for over 25 years as Founder, CEO and Executive Director selling, marketing, implementing and managing large scale ERP and financial software projects.
His coaching and mentoring workshops focus on skills practices and roles plays coupled with discussions, reflective and sharing experiences. The pre-workshop (read an article, watch a video and reflect on some questions) helps Leaders prepare ahead and the post-workshop action plans, with pairing Learning Partners, help to make learning stick. The workshops are simple to understand and Leaders learn basic coaching skills that they can immediately put into practice at their workplace – engaging, leading, giving and receiving feedback with their stakeholders.
